Cinnamon Apple Pie Bars

Cinnamon Toast Crunch® 8 oz. 225 1 Quarts 10%
MallowCreme® (1 pouch) 2 lbs. 1 oz. 950 1 Pouch 41%

Heat MallowCreme® according to directions on side of box. Spray a large bowl, mixing spoon and full size sheet pan with Vegalene Premium Food Release Spray. Combine rice cereal, Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, diced dried apples and crushed graham crackers in bowl. Fold MallowCreme into the dry ingredients until evenly incorporated. Transfer mixture onto baking sheet and spread evenly. Let cool 2 hours before cutting.

Optional substitution: To help reduce ingredient costs, 12 oz. of Apple Jacks cereal (or equivalent) can be used instead of apples.

Suggestion: Diced 1/8 dried apple is a good size to work into this recipe.

For taller bars, press mixture into 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan sprayed with Vegalene Premium Food Release Spray.

For moister bars, add additional MallowCreme to desired consistency.
