Cookies ‘N’ Creme Bars

Crushed sandwich cookies 1 lb. 450 1 1/2 Quarts 24%
MallowCreme® (1 pouch) 2 lbs. 1 oz. 950 1 Pouch 52%

Heat MallowCreme® according to directions on side of box. Spray a large bowl, mixing spoon and full-size sheet pan with Vegalene Premium Food Release Spray. Combine cereal and crushed cookies in bowl. Fold MallowCreme into the dry ingredients until evenly incorporated. Transfer mixture onto sheet pan and spread evenly. Let cool 2 hours before cutting.

For taller bars, press mixture into 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan sprayed with Vegalene Premium Food Release Spray.

For moister bars, add additional MallowCreme to desired consistency.
