Crispy Cocoa Bars

Powdered Cocoa 12 Tbsp. 60 3/4 Cup 4%
MallowCreme® (1 pouch) 2 lbs. 1 oz. 950 1 Pouch 57%

Heat MallowCreme® according to directions on side of box. Spray a large bowl, half-size sheet pan and mixing spoon with Vegalene Premium Food Release Spray. Pour heated MallowCreme into bowl, add powdered cocoa and mix thoroughly. Fold crispy rice into MallowCreme mixture until evenly incorporated. Transfer mixture onto sheet pan and spread evenly. Let cool 2 hours before cutting.

Substitution: Use cocoa-coated crispy rice instead of crispy rice and powdered cocoa in recipe.

For taller bars, press mixture into 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan sprayed with Vegalene Premium Food Release Spray.

For moister bars, add additional MallowCreme to desired consistency.
